When will I receive my order?

Every item is packaged-to-order to preserve the quality of our products. Processing time is between 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) and then we will initiate shipping. Shipping times are determined by destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Canadian destinations typically arrive within 2-6 business days. US destinations typically arrive within 4-6 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you'd like to make any changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible at mlr.sweets007@gmail.com. We will try our best to accommodate your requests, but if an order has already been processed or shipping had been initiated, we will not be able to make any changes.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship anywhere other than Canada and the USA.

What is your Return Policy?

Due to health and safety regulations with food products, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We strive to package our products appropriately and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have issues with your purchase so that we can evaluate to determine a fair and reasonable solution. We can not accept any responsibility for changes to products' shape, textures, forms etc. that can be expected to happen to food  items during shipping. Freeze dried products are known to be more fragile in nature and can therefore break during shipment. We can not issue refunds or replacements for damage that occurs during shipping that does not affect the customers ability to consume and enjoy the product as intended (for it's taste). If your items have broken during shipment, we promise they will still taste just as good as they did prior to shipment when they weren't broken. During warmer weather conditions, chocolate products may melt during shipping. Any chocolate products that have melted during shipping is not considered a damaged item. If you have concerns, we suggest purchasing fragile items at our pop-up shops and events.
