Damages and issues
We strive to package our products appropriately and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you have issues with your purchase so that we can evaluate to determine a fair and reasonable solution.

Please Note
We can not accept any responsibility for changes to products' shape, textures, forms etc. that can be expected to happen to food  items during shipment. 

Freeze dried products are known to be more fragile in nature and can therefore break during shipment. We can not issue refunds or replacements for damage that occurs during shipment that does not affect the customers ability to consume and enjoy the product as intended (for it's taste). If your items have broken during shipment, we promise they will still taste just as good as they did prior to shipment when they weren't broken. 

During warmer weather conditions, chocolate products may melt during shipping. Any chocolate products that have melted during shipping is not considered a damaged item.

If you have concerns, we suggest purchasing fragile items at our pop-up shops and events.
